Personal data

Data controller: GSHF, at the address above.

Data collected: when you request a demo, we receive the information entered in the form: name, restaurant, email, phone, number of sites, city and message.

Purpose and legal basis: this data is used solely to respond to your request, organise the demo and discuss Flow with you. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Recipients: the Jukely team (GSHF). To operate, the website relies on two service providers:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and delivering the form;
• Google, for our business email.

These providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period: 3 years from our last exchange, unless you become a customer.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them, email office@jukely.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website does not set any advertising or audience measurement cookies. To keep it secure and prevent abuse, our host processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses.

All content on this website (text, illustrations, animations, logo) is the property of GSHF, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
